*Do Call the Police to have a report prepared
*Do Call your insurance agent immediately
*Do Get all information for other driver(s) involved, including license number, insurance information, address, make and model of car and license plate
*Do seek immediate medical attention if needed; do not delay seeking help and do not be afraid to ask for EMS/Ambulance if needed
*Do seek attorney advice
*Do put all communications in WRITING - insurance adjusters never remember conversations later on!
*Do take pictures of injuries and property damage
*Do NOT give statements to other drivers insurance without seeking legal assistance
*Do NOT talk with attorneys for insurance companies without your own legal counsel
*Do NOT be afraid to stand up for your rights and seek counsel!
